I'm in the Philippines. I bought the Roku express mainly for the NBA and Netflix app. I used to be able to watch NBA games thru my Roku app using NBA league pass subscription. Now the NBA app has been updated to cable/satellite subscription. When you open the app it is asking to go to nba.com/tve to be linked to a TV provider which is not supported in my region according to the NBA website. Is there a way to revert to the old app or to use the new app with league pass?
Hi @Larrycastro8108,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact NBA support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
We appreciate your patience with this matter.
Best regards,
Mary

I recently switched from Optimum to Optimum.tv. I am experiencing a similar issue. I have NBA TV as part of my cable package, but when I try to choose Optimum.tv, the option is not there. It only shows Optimum and won't allow you to log in unless you go to Optimum.tv. My Firestick plays it fine, but my Roku😡
Hi @Panjo,
Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!
We can certainly understand your concern about being unable to authenticate your channel.
Please be advised that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication. That is handled directly by the channel publisher. It's best to reach out to NBA TV directly to get the channel going on your Roku. They can resolve the error you are having with the channel login.
Thank you for your kind understanding regarding this matter.
Best regards,
Mary
