NBA Tv channel keeping saying “no internet connection”….please check your internet. However I have internet, good internet and the other channels open up with ease. The NBA channel just started this like 5 days ago. I reset the device and redownloaded that app and still the same thing

When removing a channel, please make sure to remove the channel, restart the Roku device, and then add the channel back again, specifically in that order.

I’ve been having the same issue, all my other apps open with ease except for the nba app. I removed the channel, restarted my roku device, then added the channel again, and it continues to do the same thing. i’ve even factory reset the roku and updated the system as well as the app, thinking that might fix it, and i still haven’t gotten the app to work.
