My5 says I'm using a VPN when I am not.
Hi!
I used the My5 app last Friday with no issues. I have not changed anything about my internet/WiFi and today the Roku app wont let me stream live TV as it says I'm using a VPN or a Proxy. I am not. (Error code CA-3001)
To get around it I am casting from my phone to my TV (not using the Roku) with the same WiFi and it works fine.
I have restarted my Roku and it hasn't helped. Is anyone else having this problem?

In this instance, we recommend reaching out to your internet service provider (ISP) and inquiring for help with the settings with your network. One possible solution is to change your domain on the IP address to the correct location to access the My5 app without issue.
