Trying to watch new season part of outlander which started 11/22. All I get is a trailer. I can the episode on the regular starz app which I can't start a subscription too until cancel the one on roku. Need to know why no new episodes and why I can't cancel.

Thanks for bringing to our attention that the Season 7 Episode 9 of the Outlander series is missing. We would be more than willing to assist you with this.

When we replicated this on our end, we were able to watch Episode 9 of Outlander Season 7. This is available on the Starz channel, Starz on the Roku channel, and Netflix. For reference, please visit our Roku Channel Store website to see available channels that offer the Outlander series.
