I have them on peacock through my roku but I did check the roku channel and they are not there for me either. The titles of those episodes are

S3 E1. Rules of the Game

S4 E1. Genesis

Sliders Season 3 episode 16 is missing

If you look at the Wikipedia article for the season, it was originally aired out of order. It's also possible there could be some rights issue, like music, that have expired.
