Missing channels after installing new modem
I just installed a new modem from Spectrum and activated it, now I can’t find certain channels on my tv Spectrum app when watching through my Roku. I know it is a Roku issue because I can watch the missing channels on my iPad when using the Spectrum app on there. How do I recover those missing channels?

@Lhauer Try reaching out to Spectrum customer service and have them re-sync your account, hopefully that should straighten it out.
Also make sure the device you are viewing the Spectrum app is on the same wireless network as your home network. Spectrum limits some channels if you are not on the same network.
