Max Not Completing Episodes As Watched

I have a Roku Ultra (2024) in the living room and a 4K streaming stick in the bedroom. Whenever I finish watching an episode of a series, Max will not "complete" the current episode. I will watch it all the way to the point where it asks if I want to watch the next episode, or I may even finish the credits. If I back out, to return later, it has not moved on to the next episode. It continually shows that I have a little bit of time left on the last episode I watched. So, I have to manually scroll over and click on the next episode to start it. I decided to test watch an episode by opening the app on my Samsung TV. Samsung completed the episode and moved on to the next. So, it seems to be an issue with my Roku devices. Super annoying. Anyone else have this issue?

PS: This is only happening with Max. Not other streaming apps on my Rokus.

For this matter, we recommend reaching out to Max's support directly and letting them know about your experience with their app. It is important to note that an app's functionality, design, and streaming content are all managed by the channel provider. Once this issue is raised to their attention, they can create an update to resolve the issue.
