This worked perfectly for me. No idea how I got signed out of Max on all three of my Rokus (!) but it was hugely frustrating to find it suddenly insisting on a 10-digit password when my password has always been 9 digits. Suffice to say, this work-around worked like a charm. Thanks a bunch for this. 🙂

Don't hold your breath! It's been over a month since first reported and nothing concrete has been done to address the problem. Thank god for the workaround!
