I’m sorry but I’ve been thru all this with MAX support and they have yet to get back to me and honestly I’m not wasting my time just fix it you guys or them I’m not running around my house to all 8 Roku devices doing this it’s just getting OLD.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're having with your Max channel, which keeps on asking you to sign in every time you try to play the channel. We would like to coordinate this with our Roku appropriate team so please provide us with the following details.

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Channel build version (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).

We look forward to your response.

The problem seems to have corrected itself after I made my post and before I could get the information you're asking for.

So for now I'm OK.

I thought so too after logging in several in the house last night but first thing this morning my movie room 24 ultra logged right back out on launching it !

@HisSvt2, if only Max does it then only Max can fix it.  Clearly they have something in their code that only allows so many devices logged in at one time.

Thank you mister wizard . That’s why I have a support ticket for over a month in limbo with max HOWEVER this only effects ROKU devices if you look in your Max account online in registered devices ROKU no matter how many you have show as ONE where as other devices XBOX , PLAYSTATION, etc show each individual device SO is that a MAX issue OR is it a ROKU device ID issue?
