Lost Roku app that was installed on tv

Had the Roku app for years and it’s no longer available in the App Store on this Samsung tv. It still works on 3 other Samsung tv’s that we own but no longer on this one. Model code UN60KU6300 Would like this app installed because we use it and it came with the tv when we bought it.

Re: Lost Roku app that was installed on tv

Welcome to the Roku Community, @perki150!

Thanks for reaching out. We'd like to provide further information about the availability of The Roku Channel on your Samsung TV.

Please be informed that the Roku streaming platform constantly upgrades and updates its running software operating system. It might be possible that your Samsung TV's OS version is out of date which might cause playback issues or no playback at all.

We suggest updating the software version of your Samsung TV, as The Roku Channel is available on Samsung TVs with Tizen OS 2.3 and above.

We hope this helps!

Best regards,
Carly
