Live guide keeps saying no network connection

The Live TV Roku channel won't let me use it because it thinks there's no network connection. The regular Roku channel app and all other apps are fine.

Yeah, I know, uninstall and reinstall (haven't tried it yet), but just wanted to make them aware of it.

Re: Live guide keeps saying no network connection

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community, @sambou.

We appreciate you for keeping us aware of the playback issue you have been experiencing with the Live TV on The Roku Channel. Worry no more, as we are more than eager to find you the best resolution possible.

We highly suggest performing the basic troubleshooting method, which is removing the app (Remove The Roku Channel app by highlighting it and pressing the Star (*) button), performing a system reboot (settings > system > power > system reboot), and then reinstalling it (channel store > search for the app > Add channel) to see if it will make any difference. We also need to make sure that this troubleshooting process has been done precisely to work.

Furthermore, try to highlight the app and then press the star* button on your remote to update it.

Please keep us posted on how it goes, and we'd be more than happy to continue assisting you with this.

Best regards,
Carly
