Same issue - only on Max. Roku - you keep providing the same responses to your customers but are you reading that your resolution options are not working? Roku and Max need to talk, fix the issue and send an update to customers!!!! This is your guys issue to fix.

Stop asking the consumer to figure it out and get your IT in contact with Max’s IT and get it solved.
