Keep getting "Stream Limit Exceeded"

We got a message while trying to watch a movie on Hallmark that said we have met our streaming limit on this device please use another device. Watching only on one device.

We are using a Sanyo TV with Roku streaming device & have Xfinity for wifi.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you've encountered, and we'd like to help sort this out. As a start, let's perform a troubleshooting step to resolve this. Kindly follow the instructions below:

  1. Remove the affected channel by highlighting it from the channel tile, and pressing the star (*) button. Then select the remove option.
  2. Do a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > System Restart.
  3. Add the channel back by searching for it from the "Streaming Store."
