I am very upset with the numerous HIV and other sensitive ads I see when streaming through my roku these days.
I did some googling and was excited to think that I was going to be able to “limited sensitive ads“ only to be sorely disappointed to learn that the only way I am allowed to do this is if I share my personal information and allow for personalized ads. I do not feel that I should have to compromise on my privacy for me in order to stop these kind of ads from playing while I watch cooking shows or Columbo reruns. What if I had children? The only way to stop an HIV ads from playing multiple times and hour is to share my data?
This does not seem right to me. Is there really no other option?
