Is there a way to create an open ended guest sign out date?
We're a health care facility. Guests maybe here for weeks, months, years. The exact date is never determinable. On top of that, most of the guests have cognitive issues, so asking them to login back into all of their accounts on a regular basis is going to be a problem.
We appreciate you for joining us here at the Roku Community, @rosevilla!
We'd be more than happy to further assist you with your query.
You can definitely change the Guest mode sign-out date from the Guest Options menu. Simply navigate to your Home screen. Scroll and select Guest Options and then Change the automatic sign-out date. Navigate the calendar choose a new date, and then select the highlighted Checkout button to confirm the date.
Let us know if you have further clarifications, and we'll go from there.
Kind regards,
Carly

Thanks, but that's not a good option. It is too labor intensive to keep track of, and login to change on a regular basis, especially when failure to do so leads to even more work.
I hadn't looked at it yet, but can I put an end date of something like 2050 in there?
Thanks for the response, @rosevilla.
We completely understand your input. If the year 2050 option is available, you can definitely select that.
Kind regards,
Carly
