Chat wait time is 25 minutes. Must be an outage or maintenance or something like that.

Experiencing the same here. Customer support Chat is down also. Would be nice to know if their system was down.
There is an issue on the Roku side.

It will not load content!! I unplugged and replugged, checked for software update, did a factory reset and it will not load content.
Having similar problem with Roku.
