Irritating Roku Interruptions

Does anyone kn,ow how to stop the irritating interruptions that come on asking " are you still watching"? I don't understand why they interrupt my viewing to ask a stupid question like that. If someone can help I would greatly appreciate the help.  Thanking you in advance,

Jill

@Barrick3

That question "are you still watching" is part of the Bandwidth Saver feature. (stops streaming after 4hrs if no interaction by user).

Can select "don't ask again for this channel" when this question appears or you can try disabling Bandwidth Saver under Settings/Network/Bandwidth Saver to avoid future question prompts.

Re: Irritating Roku Interruptions

Depending on the type of device you have (TV/streamer), you may have a sleep mode that can be disabled, or you could also disable auto power savings, under the power settings.
