Having the same issue. ID channel. Stuck on 33% during the ads. Reset Roku, checked for updates and checked connection. Nothing fixes the issue.
Was something fixed? I have lazily been streaming ID Go all day, no issue.
Never mind, issue happened again.
This happened again today. We were watching HGTV live through the YouTube TV channel. This was between 4 and 4:30 PM Eastern during the 2nd commercial break of My Lottery Dream Home. Probably about the 2nd or third ad during the commercial break the ad failed to load and the screen just remained black.

I’m having the same problem. It’s been on ID Go and TLC Go. I already deleted then reinstalled then reinstalled and it won’t work. I log out the app and restart the Roku Stick and that hasn’t worked for other. I have a Roku Premiere.

The problem happens in IDGo and TLC go
Steps for this to happen: watch tv and as soon as the ads are about to end the sequence to start the program it goes to 33%. This happens repeatedly.

The freezing @ 33% occurs on several apps (IDgo, HGTVgo, Hallmark, Food Network, TLCgo, etc.) and on multiple devices (1 with Roku stick & 3 with Roku integrated TV).

I've watched 6 of 7 ads like 100 times now. Discovery is getting the revenue over and over I guess but what an embarrassment of an app. I'll stream the 1 show I like on there I stead and delete the app
