I bought an NFL + package from Roku in August of 2023 and had some trouble signing in, but was able to manage to get it to work for 13 weeks and now it won’t let me sign in anymore.  How or what can I do to get it working again?

Before proceeding, may we know if you have an active subscription to the app? If so, we highly recommend reaching out to their Customer Support for further assistance and clarifications, as they are the ones who created, maintained, and updated their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.

In the meantime, we highly recommend logging in your credentials through their website. After doing so, try logging in through Roku.

Same here. Won’t work on Roku after 13 weeks. Was working before that. Was able to get it to work on iPhone and iPad, but no Roku. Roku refuses to help and nfl+ support is non existent. I have 2 open tickets with them, and have yet to even get a response. Support is garbage

We'd like to gather more information about this issue that you're experiencing with the NFL channel. Can you please provide the following information below?

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
• Does this issue occur on a specific channel? If so, what channel and what version or build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the home screen and pressing the * button)?
• Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.
