We’re grateful you brought this to our attention. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try for your affected Roku device:
- Remove the channel: From your Home screen, scroll to the right, highlight the Hulu app, press the Star button, and select Remove channel.
- Reboot the system: Go to your Home screen, then select Settings > System > Power (skip this step if Power options are unavailable) > System restart.
- Reinstall the channel: On your Home screen, go to the Store, find the Hulu app, and select Add channel.

If your subscription is billed through your Roku account, we suggest rebooting your device to see if that resolves the issue.
