Roku Ultra 4802 will not show Hulu Live TV option after I upgraded my subscription. Another Roku device shows live tv option on the same network. Love TV also works on Hulu phone app. Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Power cycled the device.

This is the newer Ultra version, but is it possible that Hulu just doesn't support live TV on the device?

Before we proceed, may we know if your subscription is directly purchased from Hulu? If so, have you tried directly accessing it through the standalone app? 

Furthermore, how are you accessing it on your other device? Is it via the Live TV on The Roku Channel or the Live TV Guide icon?
