Like what happens when you try to watch a specific content on the channel? Does it just show an error? If that is the case, I’d suggest checking your router. If the router is not the issue, I’d suggest you do these steps, in the correct order:
1. Remove the channel. 2. Settings>System>Power (If not applicable, go to the next step)>System Restart. 3. Re-install the channel once the device is re-started.
If none of these help, you probably need to contact Frndly support.
