You don't access the Spectrum app through The Roku Channel. It should have its own icon on your Home Screen. If it's not there, try searching for Spectrum in "Streaming Channels" or using the Search option in the Home Screen menu. If it's installed, it should offer the option to Open it. There have been reports of apps not showing up on the Home Screen. If that's the problem, try a "System restart" located under Settings->System->Power.
