Every time I try to watch a Cops video on YouTube in the lower right corner there's an annoying little man there's no sound it's just an annoying little man how do I get rid of that why is it there?

You can click on the icon (above the text entry box) that looks like a camera.

The way to get rid of that little man is to watch a different video. That's a Youtube thing, not a Roku thing. Whoever uploaded that video put that little man there.
