I’m trying to add Disney + but it’s not allowing me to. what should I do??

located in the Caribbean. Antigua to be exact. But I have the Disney plus on my phone

Just a heads up, the Roku platform isn't available in your area yet. Because of that, you won't be able to use apps like Disney Plus on your Roku device, even if you can access them on your phone.

So is that why I cannot get any more channels either?  Because of the platform availability?

Due to the Roku device being in an unsupported region, some features and channels may not be available for streaming. However, you can still access apps and shows, such as Netflix, that can be streamed through Roku.
