Usually you can tell from the program description if it’s in English. (Although content companies, do get that wrong once in a while.) That said, there are many good movies and shows in other Languages, such as Aniara and Dark.

Don't watch ad-sponsored content.
Advertisers call the shots and pay for your ad-supported programs. If they want to reach views who speak American Spanish, American French, or American Hindi, that's what you'll see. Just because the program is in English, many other multi-lingual people may be watching.
