Home screen commercials on Ultra causing stuttered navigation

I have an Ultra 4802. Over the last several days I have been receiving very short commercials for The Charlie Puth Show, which I assume are tests for a new ad channel on the home screen.  The problem is, after the window for the commercial closes, the navigation around the home screen becomes stuttered. It is no longer silky smooth.  If I perform a warm restart, everything is smooth and stable again.

Please advise if you would like a tracker ID. I will be happy to provide one.

Thanks much
