Home Screen and apps are all zoomed in with Roku device

I have went to settings and restart the device twice. It is still zoomed in. I have read all the comment on this concern but nothing helped. Can someone help please?

We're grateful that you've reached out for support. Rest assured that we'll help you determine the cause and help you find the best resolution possible. 

Before we proceed further, it would be appreciated if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:

  • Is this a newly activated Roku device plugged into your Vizio TV?
  • What specific Roku device are you having this issue with?
  • Did this occur previously, or did it happen suddenly?

In the meantime, we suggest the following to see if this makes any difference:

  1. Try to plug it into a different HDMI port of your TV.
  2. If you have a spare TV, try to plug it there.
