Before we proceed further, it would be appreciated if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:
- Is this a newly activated Roku device plugged into your Vizio TV?
- What specific Roku device are you having this issue with?
- Did this occur previously, or did it happen suddenly?
In the meantime, we suggest the following to see if this makes any difference:
- Try to plug it into a different HDMI port of your TV.
- If you have a spare TV, try to plug it there.
