 roku paramount not playing Picard disengage episode

Instead of playing the season 3 episode 2 it is playing the ready room behind scenes episode for Disengage. Please, help I made my day to watch the new episode and when you go to the new episode of Picard marked episode 2 it instead comes up with a different show that is all spoilers!!! 😭😭

Thanks for the post.

For us to isolate the issue, are you experiencing any other problems watching other content when using Paramount Plus on your Roku? Have you tried removing the channel > restarting your Roku > adding the channel back in? If not, we suggest giving it a shot.

Yes. I even logged into a different roku device. It is like they uploaded the wrong video to play. You can clearly see from the picture (it won't let me add the picture here) what the name of the episode is supposed to be , but it is clearly a different show all together. However, the worst part is it is a different show that has spoilers on the show that is supposed to be playing there.

Are you using the Paramount+ app? I just watched S3E2, and had no problems selecting it. It even defaulted to that when I picked the show.

Are you accessing the Paramount Plus stand-alone or through The Roku channel?

I thought I said it was the roku version of the app not the stand alone. It is finally fixed. I think someone uploaded the wrong episode very weird on every device it was the same wrong show, but it would say it was the Disengage episode.
