I have the roku express 4K HDR I changed display to hd and not hdr it seems to work I now have a problem with (itvx watchlist that is not the roku) as it is not working on laptop, tablet, and tv app.

We also have this problem. Also sometimes happens with ITVX. Did you manage to fix the problem? It suddenly started working for a few days and then today it's stopped working.
I changed the display settings from 4k to another setting. It seemed to work, but I changed it back, check updates and reset the player
