I am getting the same stupid 5 commercials on Americas Real Voice too. I contacted that channel, it is in fact Roku who is controlling these commercials. The thing here is the commercials you insist on spamming us with would never appeal to me and I would even say, anyone who watches that channel. I may go back to Pluto or Amazon, if you keep this up. I do not have this problem there.

The fact that their commercials don't appeal to you me or the people who watch the channel is probably the reason why they keep playing them over and over so that people will stop watching the channel to me that's what seems like their goal is or otherwise they'd stop doing it or put on commercials that attract this Channel's audience
I just want to add you have the fireplace lounge where people can watch a relaxing fire and hear nature sounds. This is for relaxing and going to sleep. Please explain how it is relaxing when you’re listening to the fire and all of a sudden you have a commercial? I am willing to pay a fee to get rid of the commercials. Other apps make it an option to pay for ad free plan. Can you do this as well? I may have to go back to the app I was paying for to watch my nature videos. And yes it’s always the same commercials! Annoying
Frankly, you lie! I don't believe a word from any of you at Roku Inc., and your computer-generated replies. You all would have at least marginal credibility if you chose NOT to respond at all, hoping that we'll think you're working on it. I for one know that no matter how many of us post complaints about the nauseating, repetitive commercials, that nothing is going to be done to address the issue, much less fix it. I will let the facts remain self explanatory. These complaints about the commercials have been posted for years, ad nauseum, and nothing has been done to address the customers' issues.
I also am very sure that this next point is going to fall on deaf ears as well, and that is I will NEVER BUY A ROKU DEVICE OR TV EVER AGAIN. You figure it out. Bye!
