Has anyone else had an issue with a "free trial" of a premium channel that ended sooner than it was supposed to end? As long as you meet the cancelation deadline, you are supposed to still have access to that channel until the calendar period runs out. I just had a channel cut off access to programming immediately after canceling on the Roku site even though I was supposed to have time left. When I tried to explain this over chat, I was basically told to get lost. I was told to contact the premium channel directly. This is the very last time I subscribe to any third-party channel through Roku. I am also going to look for an alternative to the Roku device for accessing streaming.
