Free Speech TV no longer loading

I know this is an old thread, but I'm now having the same issues. FSTV loads, turns over, then returns to the Roku home screen, live or other. I've tried all suggested remedies - removing channel, unplugging, restarting, reloading to no avail. Have contacted FSTV, but if anyone has other remedies meantime, please let me know. Thanks.

Greetings from the Roku Community!

Channel playback issues may happen sometimes. We recommend trying again and following the steps below.

  • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  • Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
  • Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

You can also check for additional troubleshooting provided by our support page here: How to resolve a channel playback issue

If the issue persists, we would recommend reporting this issue to the channel support team for additional assistance. Most of the channels on Roku are managed directly by the channel providers themselves.

I'm getting a whiff of MAGA from Roku.

When a channel goes back to the home screen, usually means the channel has crashed. Except for the ROKU channel, every other channel is responsible for itself. ROKU can do nothing in this case to help.
