Fox News has had so many issues on Roku.  The latest is freezing up every 10 min.  Only way to get Fox News back is restart in system, power.  Tried deleting app, reinstalling, did nothing. Still freezing every 10 min or so.  Please Roku make this app stable.

We would like to know how to identify and resolve playback issues and recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues.

Follow these steps in order:

1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel.'
2. Next, restart your device from Settings>System>Power>System restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
3. After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

Note: After removing a channel, the best practice is to restart the Roku to clear its memory before reinstalling it. Without the restart, you may not get a clean reinstall.

Where do we send the information on our device? So sick of the app freezing. The ONLY app that does this!!

Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing troubleshooting.

If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again.

We also suggest restarting from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System restart.

yea , did all the above delete app , restart , put app back , still freezes , goes back to screen saver , been acting up last couple of days
