Formula 1 app not working

The Formula 1 app in my Roku Ultra has not been working for about two or three weeks. When I start the app, I get the splash screen with the F1 cars on the track, then a smaller almost entirely blank white window with only a red bar with an “Ok” on it. 

I have deleted the app multiple times, power cycling the Roku each time, but keep getting the same thing. I can’t even get to the login screen.

After clicking Ok, it displays a screen that shows User’s Home Country, Actual Country, App Version (2.0.1115906), Entitlement Expiry, User’s Entitlement: Anonymous, Ascendon Expiry. Then below these fields, are boxes which read “PROD”, “PRE-PROD”, “END2END”, “DEVELOPMENT”, “liveNow-Inactive”. See screen captures. 

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

All my other apps on this Roku Ultra are working fine.

Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and providing information about the issue streaming the F1 TV channel.

If removing the channel and adding it back after you've restarted the device does not resolve the channel issue, I'd recommend reaching out to channel support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on that channel, that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
