Fanduel can't find my network errors

I have had issues with the new Fanduel telling me "we are having trouble finding your network".  This has been happening since I installed  in early March.  Note I am only having issues with one of my four Roku players. It is my newest Roku and it is  a stick. It happens every 10 minutes.  I have to select the "retry" option or turn off an on the app. I see about two weeks ago Roku made some fixes, but I still have the issue

Re: Fanduel can't find my network errors

Hey, @seulrich.

Thanks for reaching out!

Have you tried checking for an app update and see if there is an available version?

Here's how:

  • Highlight the app, then press the Star button on the Roku remote and select Check for updates.

Still not working after an update? Please get back to us and provide the following info:

  • Roku device model, Device ID, and Serial Number, Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (Press Home five times then press Back button five times)
  • App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)

Keep us in the loop!
