Failed to load content please help me

I have been using my Roku plugged into my tv for quite some time now. Randomly, it now will not load anything. It is connected to the internet and I have restarted everything multiple times. I have reset the connection on the roku multiple times to no help.

Any ideas?

It seems like you are having issues accessing apps and streaming on your Roku device. No worries! We'd be more than happy to provide further information about this. 

Firstly, can you please let us know where you are currently located? Roku streaming devices vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location; however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion.
