Just like the subject says
we are f1 subscribers through Roku. On one TV everything is fine, on the other, whenever we select the f1 app, it requires a login which we don't have because we pay through roku. The roku f1 subscription is active obviously
how do I get it to recognize that we have a subscription? We have done all the usual things, restarted etc and nothing has gotten that tv to login. This was never a problem before, it just appeared last night
I assume both TVs are Roku TVs? Are they both linked to the same Roku account? Check the email address that's displayed on each one under Settings->System->About.
It may help to perform a System restart located under Settings->System->Power.
Yes both are RokuTVs logged into my account. I tried to delete the app to reinstall it but I assume it won't let me because I have an ongoing subscription
At a loss tbh
Apologies - I did also do a system restart and an unplug
My apologies, you did say you tried a restart. Do both TVs give you the "Manage subscription" option when you highlight the icon and press * on your remote? Do they both show the same app version? How about the same Roku software version displayed under Settings->System->About?
This is strange since subscriptions through Roku should be automatic on all devices linked to the same Roku account and shouldn't require any kind of sign in.
I am having this same problem so if a fix is created that would be great to know.
Everything is setup correctly. I'm really not sure what else to do? Both tvs can manage the subscription but one requires a username and password while the other doesn't.
I'm at a total loss
I am also having this issue. Any resolution?
Hey there, @Sarah12.
Thanks for chiming in!
Can you let us know what kind of troubleshooting you’ve tried so far? Also, are you using the app through The Roku Channel or standalone?
Tell us more about it!
