Others have had this problem but as far as I can tell it has not been resolved. I have been in contact with Roku support multiple times and have followed all the suggestions to remove and re-install channel, etc. I can watch live TV on the Roku channel but nothing recorded, like Judge Faith or Columbo. Technical support is "still working on it." I hope someone out there knows the answer. I have never had a Roku subscription but when I got the Roku streaming stick I could watch all these shows and then suddenly, every show I tried to watch gave me the message "Expired or no longer available." It isn't just one or two shows, it is all of them except, as I said, for live shows like news.

If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. We also suggest doing the restart from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
