Hi, @Jcthrower10

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We understand that you are receiving an error code with a channel on your Roku device. Cloudpath errors relate to logging you into your subscription to a channel that uses the Cloudpath service for its subscription management.

The known reported fixes to Cloudpath errors is going into the channel on your Roku, finding the way to log/sign out. After signing out log/sign back in again to re-authenticate using your tv provider credentials. Additionally, you can restart your router/modem since some channels have restrictions with particular IP addresses, which you can also try a mobile hotspot to see if you're able to access the channel.

Keep in mind that blacklisted IP addresses may take some time to be cleared, so if the issue persists, you may need to wait for the blacklist to expire or contact the channel's support for further assistance.

Let us know on what you find out.

Best wishes,
Kash
