I just purchased and installed a new Roku Ultra 4802X on my Samsung 4KTV.
The installation went smoothly and everything seems to work except Double Draw Solo Poker. The program loads, but the playing field screen shrinks to 1/4 size in the upper left hand corner.
I played with the resolution and settled on 4K HDCP 2.2, but no resolution I tried affected the game display.
Anyone have any ideas? I need my DDSP fix! (game name DavidJazz)
Thanks for letting me know. I'll take a look.
I also noticed that I lost all my high scores.
Sorry, they're only saved on the device. Maybe when I update it I'll look at saving them in the cloud.
I'm still looking at the other problem. There seem to be other models affected as well. It's amazing how the same code works differently on different models. My quick simple fix didn't work, so I have to delve deeper. One thing that does fix it is to set your Display Mode to 720p. I know that's not optimal, but it should work.
Sorry, I actually finally got around to updating it, but I haven't submitted it yet. I will do so before the weekend is over. Hopefully there won't be any issues with new certification requirements.
Updated on my Ultra this morning. Works a treat!
Thanks, Jim.
Thanks for letting me know! I'm not sure I knew the update was published.
Double Draw Solo Poker won't load anymore on my Roku 3. The channel starts to load then stops and goes back to my home screen.
@Allansez, are you still having an issue? I had a server problem the other day that could possibly explain the problem.
