Disney+ Unable to Log in for some reason.

I am unable to find an option to Log In to my Disney Plus account  it’s currently signed into somebody’s else’s account (I think my ex sister in law) 

 

would anybody know how to log into my own account ?

If you need help logging into your Disney+ account, we recommend contacting Disney+'s customer support team for more information and better insight into how their channel works on Roku. They'll be the best ones to help you out with that matter.

Try this:

Once on Disney+ home page on your Roku, click cursor-down once to activate menu on left side of page.  Click on SETTINGS at bottom of menu.

On the Settings page, click on Log Out.

Page will be replaced with a SIGN UP NOW / LOG IN page.

Click on LOG IN.  Sign in with YOUR Disney+ account credentials.
