DISCOVERY+ NEW UPGRADE NO LONGER WORKING ON 2 TV's
Have a subscription to Discovery+, which is on both of my TV's. All of a sudden, on Thursday March 13, noticed Discovery upgrade, on my primary TV, errors all over the place, saved show episodes not working and other annoyances. To troubleshoot, found that on my 2nd TV, I was required to sign in to Roku account, that failed, with message "incorrect email or password" but both were entered correctly. Account info on both TV's show the correct renewal date in April.
Trouble shooting done on both TV's: several system restarts, unplugged roku device, replugged in, no change on 2nd TV, still asking for sign-in! Found info online to clear cache, but I stream on my TV and Roku has no such option under Advance Settings or any settings.
Anyone have the same experience & have a solution?

I just got mine working . Using the Discovery + log in that comes up , hit “forgot password “ .
They will send new password form to your email . Enter the same password you use on Roku . Then go back to tv and sign in using the same oassword . Fixed all 3 of mine at same time

Thx for info, followed your instructions today, expected a quick turn around to receive discovery reset email, but 5 hrs later, nothing received. How long did it take to receive your email from them? My email address was correct when it automatically populated on sign-in screen, so not sure whether it takes them time to send an email or I need to go thru the "forgot password" again. Any help on this?

Might check junk mail or spam to see if it was sent there . Mine came in a minute or two . I tried everything prior to that and nothing worked . Just did it this am .

I would keep trying . I did have my Discover+ cancelled at the time set to end this week when I did it . Don’t know if it made a difference . In fact I had removed the app from Roku prior to doing it following a procedure I read on here somewhere .

If you need to do this …I removed the app from the screen using the following….
go to home , press home button 5 times , up button 2 times , then left button , right, left , right , left . A list will appear . Scroll down until you find disc + . Press center button and remove it . DO NOT press any other items on the list .
