DIRECTV Streaming not loading at all.

DIRECTV Streaming not loading at all. Tried to login then DIRECTV flickers on the screen. It never finishes logging in.

Thanks for reaching us here regarding your playback issues with the DIRECTV app. No worries; we're here to provide you with the best resolution possible.

Have you tried to remove the app/channel, reboot your device's system, then install the channel back again? If not, follow the steps below:

  • Remove the DIRECTV; press Home > Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove > press Star* > Remove channel
  • Reboot your device's system: press Home > Settings > System > System restart
  • Install the app/channel again: press Home > select Store > find DIRECTV > Add channel

In addition, check the strength of your network connection if you're experiencing buffering.
