I have a Samsung Smart TV but I want to use Roku for the Direct TV Stream App because the Samsung Remote doesn’t work well with the Direct TV Stream app that is installed in the TV.
Or is there a mapping of Samsung Smart TV to Direct TV Stream as far as the functions. I really need the back button.
Any Ideas?
The cost has to be significantly less than buying a Direct TV Stream Box from AT&T.
Thanks
Thanks for the post.
There is a Directv Stream channel available on the Roku Channel Store online.
You can read more details about this channel here.
Thanks,

Test
I was looking at the remote on the lower cost ROKU 24.95 at Walmart.
The Remote doesn’t seem to have very many buttons for Back Menu Guide Info etc.
Please advise
Thanks!
All Roku remotes pretty much have the same buttons, so it's not just the lowest price one that wouldn't have those buttons. The simplicity of the remote is often a turnoff for people (just look at all the threads complaining about not having a number keypad to change channels). The remote requires developers to be creative about how various functions are accessed and some developers are very, very bad at it. You might want to get that cheap Roku and give it a try to see if you can put up with the remote.
I am looking at the no stick Roku. On the remote for the Direct Tv Stream app, how do you bring up DTS main menu. I see no menu on the remote!
Thanks!

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
