Buen día, recientemente mi Roku ultra me solicitó actualizar el sistema, primero duró un mes en que en cada intento no se podía realizar y quedó en un bucle infinito de reinicio hasta que a comienzos de este 2025 permito realizar al actualización. Después de ello experimento problemas con la autoinstalación de dos aplicaciones Crunchyroll y Edye, las cuales no he seleccionado ya que no son de mi preferencia, sin embargo después de desinstalarlas, vuelven ha instalarse solas, y no solamente eso sino que en los inicios de encendido del Roku se ejecutan solas, es decir enciende el Roku y se habré cualquiera de las dos, he desinstalado en repetidas ocasiones estas dos aplicaciones y se vuelven a instalar solas. Por favor que debo hacer para que aplicaciones no se instalen. Se supone que este sistema está diseñado para yo instalar y ver el contenido de mi preferencia no el que el sistema me diga

@Rey_Cifuentes, any app installed on one Roku device will be installed on all Roku devices linked to the same account.  Check the devices linked to your Roku account by logging into https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About on your Roku device and remove any you don't recognize.

La cuestión es que no tengo más dispositivos y no hay nada más vinculado a mi cuenta, solo tengo éste y por eso asumo que es una instalación predeterminada del sistema.
