Having the same issue as many others. I have factory restarted my Roku device twice, I have deleted and reinstalled the News Max + app and I have made sure all my apps and devices are updated to the newest version of both News Max and Roku. Still third day in a row no access even though I have paid Roku for the monthly subscription. I have went into my Roku account and it shows my subscription was paid for and is active. When I click on News Max it says I have been signed out, I can try to log back in and it says that information is fine but when I go to watch anything the shows says (Code;(errorCode) then you have been logged out again. If anyone finds out the fix on this I would love to know. Thanks 😊
How to enter your password on News max+." If you got an error code (not signed in) click "More." Enter email, click OK, highlight the password box, click OK. The keyboard should appear. Add password and go from there.
I am having this problem with Newsmax Plus on my TV and Computer. I signed up for the $4.99 a month fee. I cannot get Newsmax Plus on my TV without having to put in an email address and password which they always say that either the user name or password is incorrect. I am at my wits end. HELP!!!!!
Im having the same issue. newsmax. how do we get this fix. I can't even delete the app and reload it
News max has changed something, so tried to resign in and it does not recognize my email thru ROKU or password.

Subscribing through Roku is the problem. I tried everything for almost two weeks. Talked to a rep from roku. Was reimbursed my subscription fee. I removed payment method from account and cancelled plan. I then went to newsmaxplus.com and signed up on a different bank card as a precaution. FINALLY I can watch Newsmaxplus!!

The same thing is happening to me code error I subscribed for a year.
I had subscribed through Roku. I cancelled via phone call to roku agent. Cancelled and was reimbursed. I then subscribed through newsmaxplus.com and I now can view it on all my devices. My rokus are working 100% but my smart tv app Icontinually have to log in again.
