WHO MADE UP THAT RULE?
BY THE WAY, BACK ON SUBJECT....CINEMABOX, MOVIELAND AND MANGATV WERE ALL REMOVED THE SAME DAY. SINCE MANGATV HAD THE SAME STYLE FORMAT AS THE OTHER TWO I ASSUME ONE GUY OWNED ALL THREE. I MISS THEM ALL. I HATE HAVING TO GO TO RUMBLE OR YOUTUBE TO WATCH THESE FILMS.
Wikipedia says that all caps was taken as shouting on the internet by the early 1980s. However printed examples of caps to mean shouting go back more than 100 years before that.

"I hate having to go to Rumble or Youtube to watch these films."
You could look around the Roku platform for other free legitimate classic movie channels that carry these films or maybe purchase them digitally or on dvd.
If you are going to sail the high seas to watch these films, then let your moral compass be your guide, but you should not expect Roku to provide the boat and means to do it.
---
When channels/apps like MovieLand and Cinema Box appear on the Roku platform, feel free to take advantage of them but realize they will likely be removed at some time. (treat it as a "for a limited time only" opportunity).
Cinema Box channels has time and again disappeared and returned. It's a good channel and kudos to its return to service again. Bring back Cinema Box. I like and recommend Cinema Box channels.
So aggravating! I just want to watch old movies, not own them!
@mrniceguy142200, the point is that someone owns the rights to those old movies. Anyone showing those movies without obtaining some kind of license to do so is breaking the law. Roku isn't going to condone it.
ANNNDDDD ROKU LOOKS THE OTHER WAY WHEN YOUTUBE AND RUMBLE DO IT. GO AHEAD DO A SEARCH ON YOUTUBE. SEARCH FOR SAY.....FULL MOVIE 1981 AND GO THROUGH EVERY YEAR. ITS ALL ON THERE. SAME WITH RUMBLE.
If you want legally free movies, check your local library. Many partner with Hoopla or Kanopy. You can "check out" movies you can stream for free (or technically paid for through your local taxes.) The only drawback is that you may have a limit on how many you can borrow per month. Both services have Roku apps.
EXCEPT I LIVE IN MEXICO. NOOOO ENGLISH LIBRARIES IN THIS COUNTRY BRO. ROKU IS MY ONLY WAY TO SEE THESE FILMS.
