Turned on my ROKU this afternoon and all my channels on the Home Screen were scrambled out of the order I had them in previously. I tried to move them back into the order I wanted by pressing the * asterisk and selecting move channel. I moved the channel to the location I wanted and pressed OK. The channel either didn’t move or it moved to a random position on the Home Screen. What is going on? I restarted ROKU twice with no remedy. Any suggestions?
Depending on the Roku model, this may be a memory issue (failing), or a simple power issue. If your Roku device is currently plugged into the TV USB power port, try using a USB wall adapter at wall outlet. (any 5volt, 1amp cell phone charging adapter should work if your device did not come with one). If currently using wall power, try swapping out the power adapter and see if issue remains.
If your Roku device is an Ultra or similar device with a barrel connector power supply, you can try ordering a new power adapter, but in most cases reported with the Ultra with these symptoms, usually a memory failure. If under a year, then usually just return under Warranty Replacement.

Can always try a Factory Reset as a last resort. Press and hold Reset button for 30+ seconds. (**Make sure to have a working physical Roku remote before performing a Factory Reset on any Roku device or RokuTV).
Move channels not working either for us.
