Changing Channels with Spectrum

I am on spectrum channel one. How do I change channels>

    Greetings from the Roku Community!

    Please be advised that if you need further assistance with that channel's features and functionality, you'll need to contact Spectrum Support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves. In the meantime, you can try to hit the left arrow button on your Roku remote and see if will bring up your channel list. You can go up and down to the channel that you want to view since there is no way to type in the channel number.
